Entering contacts
Most new contacts will be entered automatically when a form is submitted. They may also be the Outreach Coordinator if the contact is encountered through other means.
Mobile app
On the Home screen or Apps tab, click on the Contacts button. It's recommended to add this to your Pinned Apps section if used frequently.
On the next screen click the + icon to open the New Contact form. Complete all known details. Then click Save Contact.
