The IAR Ihsaan Award is a prestigious annual recognition program designed to honor full- and part-time IAR employees who have gone above and beyond in their service to the company. This award acknowledges those individuals whose exceptional actions or accomplishments have significantly benefited IAR and its mission.
All full- and part-time IAR employees (with the exception of the CEO) are eligible for nomination.
The IAR Ihsaan Award recognizes employees who have exceeded expectations in one or more of the following ways:
- Demonstrating initiative and creativity to solve a challenging problem.
- Achieving exceptional results on a project or task.
- Making significant contributions beyond their regular job responsibilities.
- Volunteering for extra assignments during critical times while maintaining their regular workload.
Nominations can be submitted throughout the year, with a final deadline of each year.
The Administration Team will review the nominations and decide on the winner. In the event that a member of that Team is a nominee, they will be recused from the process. The Shura Chair and Vice-Chair will fill in if needed to maintain a minimum number of 3 - 5 reviewers.
The recipient of the IAR Ihsaan Award will receive:
- A monetary award of $1,000 (taxable income)
- Recognition on a dedicated plaque displayed in the Second Floor Staff Room.
The winner will be announced at the next available staff meeting following the nomination deadline.
